Acquire and integration of Eltosch GmbH headquartered in Hamburg

Company change of name and stock market flotation. Employing at this time 50 scientists, engineers and technicians

Company achieved many awards for management and technology
1998
Company developed with venture capital investemet and strategic sales with a developments contract from DuPont and co operation with Scitex Digital Printing. Company won “Entrepreneur of the Year” award.

Technical break through with an important first development co operation with a major order from TRW Airbag Systems
