Content of external sites

The adphos.de pages contain links (branches) to other internet sites. Such links can be identified by moving over the link with the mouse pointer, through which the appearance changes of the mouse pointer (usual change is from the arrow display to a hand-appearance). When you click on the link a new, scaled-down window opens.

The company Adphos is responsible as a content provider for their "own content" that is provided for use and obeys to general laws. Their content needs to be distinguished from references ("links") that are provided by other providers. Through external links the company Adphos provides "external content" available for use. For this external content Adphos can only be made responsible, if they are aware of this content (this means also illegal or criminal content) and it is technically possible and reasonable to prevent the usage.

Links are always "living" (dynamic) references.
Before linking to external sites the company checks the external content for any civil or criminal accountability which could be provoked.  Yet it is not required for Adphos to constantly check external sites, to which Adphos links to, for newly added content that as changed which might trigger liability.

Only when Adphos realizes, or others point out to them that a concrete offer to which Adphos have provided a link will affect any civil or criminal accountability, will Adphos remove the reference to this service, provided that it is technically possible and reasonable. The technical feasibility and reasonableness are not influenced through after having deleted the access to the external link on the homepage of Adphos that from other servers any criminal or illegal content can be accessed.
