Since the 1st July 2009 Adphos AG and Adphos Steel GmbH were reorganised into two new business units namely adphos Innovative Technologies GmbH (AIT) and adphos Thermal Processing GmbH (ATP) . The main focus of adphos Innovative Technologies GmbH is the continued development of NIR technology and thermal processes, designing, developing and delivering a range of standard products to meet customer needs. Whereas adphos Thermal Processing GmbH concentrates on the engineering and project management of complete thermal process solutions for industrial applications. Both companies utilize the patented NIR-technology which provides significant process advantages for their customers.

Headquartered south of Munich in Germany these two high technology companies provide thermal process solutions and innovative coils coating industry solutions using the power of light.
